Playing Telephone in the Rain

In Southern California, we are bracing ourselves for yet another set of rainstorms this week! To be honest, I can't complain about the rain because, other than having to deal with L. A. drivers that can't handle driving when the roads are wet, it pales in comparison to the frigid temperatures happening in some states in the East this week! Anyway, the inundation of rain means that I will be wearing my rain boots non-stop and, luckily, I have some cute rain boots to make slogging through the rain a little bit more fun, not to mention more fashionable!

This winter, I purchased these fun telephone boots, which are a part of Anthropologie's 52 Conversations series, a series where they re-release prints from the past and find new ways to reinvent them. I previously purchased the blouse version of this whimsical telephone print, so it only made sense to get the boots too! I also found this telephone pin, featured above, that was a perfect match for my boots! As you can see, I really love to develop a theme!
