Everything's Coming Up Rainbows

Last week, Southern California was inundated with rain storms due to El Niño. It's not that I am complaining, as I actually love rainy days because they provide a pleasant break from all the sun here in Los Angeles, but some might find them dreary. Rainy days are beautiful, in my opinion, plus there is often a silver lining to the rain in the form of the rainbows that follow the storm. I actually saw a few gorgeous rainbows last week, which inspired this post because I realized that designers seem to be following suit of these weather patterns. The dark and heavy colors of winter are now being replaced by a sea of rainbows. This is quite evident with the array of vivid colors featured by many of the new arrivals popping up in stores, especially when it comes to handbags. Being a connoisseur of color, I couldn't be more excited about this trend. Below are a few of my favorite rainbow, bright-colored handbags and wallets.
