Spring Fever

Did Punxsutawney Phil (he's so cute!) see his shadow this week? I'm actually not sure because it seems irrelevant here in California. Regardless, it seems that most of the country is chomping at the bit for a little warm weather or, at the very least, for the massive amount of snow storms to disappear. Here in Los Angeles, however, spring has already sprung and I feel that I didn't get enough winter, although the snowstorm I witnessed coming back from Las Vegas this year was probably enough to hold me over until next year. While it's easy to feel that the grass is greener on the other side, I do miss the distinct seasons that come with living on the in places other than California. At the same time, though, I don't miss slipping around on black ice and shoveling my car out of the snow.

Today's outfit is just a little glimpse of the spring to come with its bright colors and retro 70s inspired floral top from H&M. It's not a good look for shoveling snow, but for our balmy California weather that's in the 70s and 80s, it's just perfect!
