Cozy Classics

I feel like when you write a style blog you are expected to define your style and fit it neatly into some predetermined box or category, but sometimes people can't quite be defined. What does defining your style even mean? In my experience, people are usually a mix of disparate elements in terms of both personality and style and I guess I am no exception.  Sometimes I feel preppy. Sometimes I opt for something that is a little bit more artsy. Sometimes I go for something in a completely different vein. Today was a preppy day with a Fair Isle sweater and a classic tweed herringbone skirt from Brooks Brothers to keep me cozy and warm for these "chilly" Californian winters. I guess that sometimes you feel like a prep, sometimes you don't!
