It's the Great Pumpkin, Hello Katie Girl!

Happy Halloween! I love all holidays, but if I had to pick a favorite it would be Halloween. I think one of the reasons for this is that fall is my favorite season due to the turning leaves and the crisp weather. The only problem is that we don't really have seasons here in Los Angeles! However, there are some days here in sunny LA that do give a brief glimpse of fall weather. I like to take full advantage of these types of days when the skies are grey, the temps are cool, and, if you go to the right place, you might even find some yellow and brown leaves on the ground. On one such recent day, my husband and I visited a charming pumpkin patch. We didn't buy a pumpkin (the prices were a bit high), but we did have fun looking around.

While I don't think I'll be dressing up for Halloween this year, I do like to wear Halloween-themed clothing. This Halloween-tee is from the kid's department at Target. Over the last month, I've purchased over a half-dozen t-shirts there. It's become rather addictive! On my latest Target run, I also found these paint-splatter sneakers in the clearance section. They are for adults, in case you were wondering, but they do have a fun feel to them because of all of the colors. As you can see through my choice of wardrobe, my fondness for color, and my love of Halloween, I am very much a kid at heart!
