Sometimes people ask me if I'm an art teacher because I wear a lot of colorful clothing with artistic prints! While I'm not an art teacher, I do love art and, obviously, art themed clothing. This outfit is, head to to toe, art inspired, including my "strike a pose" tee that I recently bought at Target. The tee features various famous portraits, such as Van Gogh's self portrait and the famous Mona Lisa. In the spirit of striking a pose, I thought I would do a fun "signature pose" to show off my tee as you will see in the first picture of this post. This proved to not be the best idea because I had just received my first COVID vaccination shot that morning and, while I didn't really think it hurt too much at the time, extending my arm in this way really hurt!
The black pleated skirt I am wearing, which is also from Target, features sketches of faces that look very reminiscent of the work of Picasso. I thought it would be the perfect complement to my artistic tee! To top everything off, I also brought out my vintage Moschino artist palette bag, which I seldomly wear but really love! I don't know exactly which decade the bag is from, I think perhaps the late 80s or early 90s, but it's a rare vintage piece that I am so happy to have in my collection! One of the fun things about the bag is that it even has a place for a little paint brush with the Moschino logo on it, which is the perfect artistic touch!

Such a fun outfit, Katie! I love the pattern on the skirt and it really is perfect with that fantastic graphic tee. And your bag is just too perfect! Great background, too!
