Different Faces, Different Places

One of the things that I love about blogging is that it pushes me to get out and explore! Sure, I don't absolutely have to go and seek out colorful walls and places but it sure is fun! I love exploring the different neighborhoods of Los Angeles, whether it be for blogging or just to discover a new museum. On this particular day, we did both; we went to the Marciano Art Foundation, a gallery owned by the founders of Guess Jeans, and when were done we ventured to this mural located outside of the Gabba Gallery, which is just a stone's throw away from Koreatown. It was definitely an eclectic afternoon full of arts and colorful murals! The only thing missing? Some yummy Korean BBQ but we'll save that for another outing.

When you get out to different places, you also get to discover new faces, so this skirt from Target was perfect because it actually has sketches of faces all over it! I'm seriously thinking that I could just get most of my wardrobe from Target at this point because everything they have is on point! (It would also save me a lot of money!) I think I have this skirt in several colors/patterns but this face one is certainly unique and cute. It was perfect for a day of exploring and seeing some art, especially since the faces look they could be doodles from Pablo Picasso himself!

  4. My husband says the same Katie, that there are days we get out and about because of the blog and that's such a good thing. Love that your skirt looks so smart, yet it is still fun with the doodle faces! xx Maria

You should check it out. =) This entire line of "faces" from A New Day Target has many pieces I love and not just their clothing, the notebooks and cards too. I love those magenta flats, too.
