Make it Twirl

I have a lengthy to do list of places to see around the Los Angles area. Some of the places are obscure, while others are iconic. The photos below were taken at one of the more iconic sights on my list. If you are familiar with the L.A. area or if you are familiar with a famous movie with James Dean and Natalie Wood, then you probably recognize the location, which I plan to reveal in my post for Friday. (I like to keep my readers in suspense!)

In the meantime, let me talk briefly about checking things off of my fashion wish list. The "Fluttered Fete" midi skirt from Anthropologie is a definite jaw dropper. I knew I wanted it immediately when I saw it in the store's catalog and put it at the top of my wish list for fall. Despite being anxious to get this skirt in my closet ASAP, I strategically waited for a promo event from Anthro. It was well worth the wait, as this skirt is definitely more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. It's so beautiful that I couldn't help but to do a little twirl/dance in the last picture!

  4. Seriously, that last photo sums up the awesomeness of that skirt! Love it! And, what a breathtaking view of the city in that one photo. Love your shoes and sunnies that you paired with the skirt, too! I need to sign up for Anthro catalogs, because I rarely make it into their stores!

  5. Oh that last picture - glorious! No wonder you want to twirl. I would too! I love how you've stopped it from becoming potentially too saccharine by pairing it with the chambray shirt. Great choice and as always beautiful photos. I need to hire your photographer!!!
