Just Another Manic Monday

Mondays are never fun, but when it's the Monday back to work after a couple of weeks of vacation the agony becomes exponentially worse. As dreadful as the anticipation was yesterday, (I was basically a zombie watching mindless Lifetime movies trying to not think of the inevitable) I guess I can't complain. Two weeks is a lot of vacation time, but unfortunately the more time you have off, the more dreadful the return is.

The other thing is it's Monday and I already fell off the wagon so to speak. I vowed no more embellished pieces of clothing and then I came home with this J. Crew jeweled-cluster sweater last week. It was only $35 after all discounts, marked down from $98 and I thought the color which is a soft grayish lilac would go with a lot in my wardrobe. Also, the sparkly amethyst embellishments made Monday a bit more bearable.

      Yes, it's very difficult to pass up such a great deal! The week is actually flying by so I am happy about that!

    Yes, that is very true! I am feeling better about the work week now that I am back in the swing of things.
