Retracting My Statement

The statement necklace seemed like a new and novel concept when I first started blogging a few years ago. At the time, I was on the fence about it as a fashion accessory, but I leaned more on the "it's not for me" side of the debate. Flash forward three years and my jewelry box is brimful with statement pieces. So I now officially retract my previous stance on the subject of statement necklaces. If I ever run for public office, I hope no one will mind me "flip-flopping" on the issue!




I probably shouldn't buy any more of these types of necklaces, but I love the fact that designers keep coming up with bolder, more innovative designs. Plus, statement pieces offer a great way to refresh your wardrobe by just adding a new accessory to a dress or blouse you've worn a million times. Below are some of my favorite options to add a little statement to your neckline.

    I am a huge fan of statement necklaces too and own a ton. I love yours and out of the ones you chose I would love to own 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9 (as if I need more statement necklaces?) LOL Love the color of your sweater and the bag and shoes are cute, also.
