Another thing about me is that I am somewhat of a print collector. When J. Crew comes out with a print I like, I have to get something with it, otherwise I just feel like my collection is incomplete. In my opinion, the Geo Brushstroke print was one of the better prints that J. Crew has come out with in the last few years, but my unwavering love of color may have something to do with my preference.
Even though I scored the shirt, I would not settle until I made the Geo Brushstroke print skirt mine as well. I am also pretty crazy about skirts. I thought I could live without it, but I saw it on one of the hosts from The Chew (Yes, I watch that show...Clinton Kelly is on it, need I say more?) Seeing it on TV reignited my desire for the acquisition. Luckily, like much of J. Crew's stock, it popped up from time to time in random sizes on the website. When I found it for a decent price in my size I pounced on it!
At some point I will probably post something about the skirt, even though this Geo Brushstroke print will probably be a distant memory in the minds of most by the time I get around to that. Like I said, I always tend to be a little late to the party, but that's because I like to wait for sales, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I love how you put colour together. Really inspiring and that print is to die for! I would never have thought a blue/turquoise-y bag would have worked with the colours of the pants but with the printed shirt it does!
