This reminds me of an interesting story from last week regarding my stomach, which is really a testament to why teaching will always provide you with interesting stories. One of my students asked me if I had two children to which I replied no, I have no children. She looked surprised and said she thought I did because one day she thought my stomach looked a little bigger, implying that at one point during the school year I had given birth to twins. Sorry, I guess I missed that! Well, perhaps it was just a day that I was bloated. Come to think of it, I have lost about five pounds, which could easily be mistaken for looking like I was pregnant... with twins.
