Time to Party in Plaid!

Now is the time of year that I start rushing to wear all of my plaid! (I really should get an earlier start!) I guess because I am in such a rush to cram in wearing all my plaid, I am now doubling down on plaid. For example, in this outfit I have on both plaid pants and plaid shoes! Well, who ever said that you would just wear one item of plaid or that you couldn't mix different patterns of plaid together? I think the more plaid the better!

One of the traditions I have, if you can call it that, is getting a new pair of plaid shoes each holiday season. I know there's only so much time when you can wear plaid, so such shoes are more or less a seasonal item, which limits their use, but plaid shoes are just so pretty! J. Crew also comes out with the best plaid shoes each season and I can't resist getting one or maybe two (or maybe more!) pairs. This year I was good and I only indulged in one pair: these glitter bow pumps I am wearing in this post.
