A Swatch of Lipstick

I've always had a love affair with watches. In fact, I even remember my first watch that my parents bought me when I had mastered the "art" of learning time: it was a red, rubber, child's Swatch. As an adult, I've returned to the Swatch Group as a company for many of my watches and Swatch as a brand that I can count on to make fun, quirky timepieces. (My favorite Swatch brand watch is actually called the "Bunny Sutra" that has a rather unique complication on it! I won't reveal it here, but you can research it on your own!) Anyway, imagine my delight when a friend told me that Swatch is now making sunglasses. When I saw the sunglasses online, I loved them so much that I ran out and bought a pair shortly after perusing their website.

Today I am wearing the Swatch sunglasses that I bought last month. There are a lot of things to love about Swatch's line of sunglasses. First and foremost are the insanely fun patterns and colors of the line. Perhaps more importantly, however, is that the front of the sunglasses are interchangeable so you can buy one pair and then swap out the front with a different pattern and color in seconds while retaining the original temples. It allows one endless possibilities, which is great for someone as indecisive as myself.

The other thing that I love to change up on a day to day basis is my lipstick. Last month was #Nationalliptstick day (there is seriously a national day for everything now!). I had fun posting my collection of lipstick on Instagram. So as someone who has recently come to love lipstick, this trapeze/swing top from Anthropologie definitely caught my attention. Unfortunately, I missed out on it in stores, so I was delighted when I was able to score it for a song on eBay. Below I have featured some other lipstick patterned blouses that are perfect for fall.
