Bibliophile

When I saw this Tommy Hilfiger library print shirt dress I knew it had to be mine. Today was the perfect time to wear the dress for two reasons, which I will now elaborate on. First, we spent part of our weekend organizing some of our books and it was quite the project. My husband and I have an addiction to buying books and I only wish that we had more time to read them. Second, we went to a British pub for dinner today, and this seemed like the perfect "proper" dress to wear amidst the sea of plaid armchairs, fire places, pewter plates and other quintessentially British appointments.

I can't say enough about how much I love this dress and I highly recommend it for anyone who likes books or perhaps someone who secretly wishes she was a librarian. (I secretly wish I was a librarian!) The dress fits perfectly. I took a size small in this and the belt allows you to cinch for the perfect waist. It's also a great print for fall to pair with tights and boots, not to mention a preppy blue blazer!

Below you will find a sample of our own library, which may not look organized and certainly doesn't use the Dewey Decimal System, but it works for me!
